Our Mission

BLCKS is an acronym for Business, Leadership, Community and Knowledge sustainability. We work to offer programming and resources to advance the Black community. By creating equitable opportunities for the Black community, our goal is to create stronger BIPOC economies and communities by addressing internal and external barriers and inequities, and offering tools and resources for long-term solutions, success, and sustainability.

We deliver comprehensive professional development and training, mental health wellness, community engagement strategies, and tools to fight anti-BIPOC racism, in various BIPOC communities.

For those who are active allies, we offer diversity and inclusion training, facilitating programming with partners, service providers, corporations, organizations, community groups, and individuals to initiate progressive change, both internally and externally, for BIPOC communities and their equitable advancement.
